I started buying essential oils, you can find a list of what each one is used for anywhere. But how to actually use it, is in this book.

This is a great book if you want to learn about essential oils. I am a novice and I learned a great deal of information from this book. Like what oils you can combine to achieve a certain effect. Like improving your breathing or helping to calm your nerves when you're stressed. Highly recommended!

I feel if you know the basics well of how every oil has it purpose or healing properties, its easier to use it in your day-to-day life and I feel this book just that really well. Sometimes we even see most of these ingredients in our daily cooking and don't even know its benefits, like basil, lemongrass, cinnamon, clove and so on.
